Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining critical software and tools for hardware compatibility, network performance, and security.
• Working on operating systems, firmware, networking stacks, and security infrastructure.
• Collaborating with teams such as Common Hardware Group, Network Product Engineering, Infrastructure & Security.
• Gaining hands-on experience with hardware-software integration and low-level networking technologies.
• Managing time effectively and streamlining processes to deliver high-quality, resilient, and efficient solutions.
About You
The company is looking for:
• Currently enrolled in a certification program (e.g., Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College) or an undergraduate degree program.
• Proficiency in C programming and experience with embedded Linux, including operating system fundamentals.
• Familiarity with network principles, routing protocols, and general networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices in software development workflows.
• Preferred: Conceptual or hands-on experience with AI/ML, cybersecurity principles, FPGA development, signal and power integrity, and PCB design.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range in New York City Metro Area and non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $44,000 - $185,000.

• Annual bonuses for non-sales roles; performance-based incentive pay for sales roles with no cap on compensation.
