Simple facebook API credential for live feed in new app

Description: I have a Replit-hosted site (EarthAtlas) that is already set up to display a Facebook Page feed. The backend and front-end integration are in place — the system simply needs to be connected to my Facebook Page via the Graph API. Your job: Guide me through creating or retrieving my Facebook API credentials (Meta Developer App, Page Access Token, etc.). Enter the credentials securely into my Replit project (using Replit Secrets). Test to confirm the feed is working and updates automatically when I post to Facebook.
