Shift Manager (Overnight: 10/11pm - 7am) – Amazon Store

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Manage banquet operations and coordinate with event planners to ensure successful events
• Assist the manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering facility
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
• Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet company standards
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production, banquet, or hotel management is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
