Join our team! Goals : Drive UA growth across all main channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, Ad Networks). Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners. Share UA expertise across marketing and product teams. Drive experimenting and innovations. Enhance internal processes within the Marketing team. Day to day : Develop and execute a long-term vision for UA channels, specifically for a shooter game with IAP + Ad monetisation. Launch, analyse and optimise campaigns to drive results. Ensure channels remain at the forefront of key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain top-tier performance. Conduct research, test hypotheses, and present results to the team. Develop and implement structured testing processes for new game launches. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices Requirements Strong experience (2+ years) in UA for mobile games (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA, Ad Networks). Data-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple directions simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Fluent English (written spoken). Passionate about mobile games.
