Job Description:
• Communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients
• Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers
• Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via phone, email, etc.
• Support specialized customer training programs and group air fulfillment
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Provide consultation regarding client travel policy
• Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Provide required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
• Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
• Extensive experience as a travel agent
• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Skilled with Excel and other Microsoft applications
