Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor Location: Remote - preference for candidates located in CST or EST Job Type: Contract (12 Months) Compensation: $50-65/hr W2 Industry: Medical Device Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week - About the Role We are partnering with a global healthcare technology leader specializing in advanced medical solutions to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. In this role, you will act as a strategic recruiting consultant, partnering with hiring leaders to attract top technical talent while championing a best-in-class candidate experience. Job Description As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will bring your curiosity, expertise, and consultative approach to support key client initiatives across various functional and market areas. Operating with minimal direction, you will leverage your deep recruiting knowledge to share best practices within the team and drive results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include: • Sourcing and Recruiting: Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for a variety of positions across the organization. • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Passive Candidate Engagement: Utilize diverse sourcing methods—including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and industry events—to attract passive talent. • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. • Stakeholder Education: Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to share recruiting best practices, market insights, and updates on tools and processes. • Employer Branding: Influence and showcase company culture to strengthen the talent attraction strategy at all levels of the organization. • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies. • Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiencies within a high-volume recruiting environment. • Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Minimum three (3) years of combined recruiting experience supporting Medical Device Sales roles, minimum Five (5) years of recruitment experience. • Experience using Workday for recruiting. • Bachelor's Degree or higher OR a High School Diploma/GED with eight (8) years of recruitment experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction while sharing best practices across a recruiting team. • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders and shape talent strategy. • Proven experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment within the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences industry. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
