IntegriChain is expanding its Engineering capabilities to process large volumes of healthcare and pharmaceutical data at enterprise scale. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on programming skills, automation, performance optimization, and quality. The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and deliver product functionalities with high reliability and quality, and participate in refinement to understand, collaborate closely with product, QA, and other teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Taking ownership of major components, reviewing code rigorously, and contributing to the long-term technical roadmap
- Building and maintaining stable products with latest tech-stack, frameworks and following Agile and DevOps ways-of-working
- Delivering quality solutions to the problems without compromising on the planned deadlines
- Leveraging various AI models through tools (such as Copilot) for code generation, test case generation, code analysis, and code optimization
- Contributing to redesigning and enhancing applications to latest technologies
- Being a problem solver, leader, and a team-player to make a bigger contribution to the achievements
- Playing a part in every aspect of the software development lifecycle, including software design, development, testing, reviewing, and deployment
- Learning from each other in the team and each experience day-to-day
- Having proven experience with two or more development languages, with Python as a must
- Having strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries in any relational or columnar database (Postgres & Snowflake)
- Having experience in building RESTful APIs using Python and web frameworks such as Flask
- Having experience in working with any of the ORM tools, like SQLAlchemy
- Having experience in building a web platform with Angular 18+ (React could be an alternative)
- Having hands-on experience in leveraging various AI models through tools (such as Copilot) for code generation, test case generation, code analysis, and code optimization
- Having experience in using version control tools such as Git and GitHub
- Being highly proficient in writing high-quality, well-tested code
- Being well-versed with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
- Having working knowledge of the cloud services of AWS
- Having experience in building applications with containerization via Docker
- Having key competencies required: Problem-Solving, Analytical, Collaboration, and Accountability
- Being an influencer who always advocates for technical excellence and innovation while being open to change when needed
- Being resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
- Efficiently utilizing DevOps tools and practices to build and deploy software
- Having AWS certifications as an advantage
