Job Overview
Our Client isseeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver successful ERP implementation projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring client expectations are met with excellence.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring project scope, timelines, and objectives are successfully achieved.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and consultants to execute project deliverables effectively.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular project status updates and communicate key developments to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project documentation, quality standards, and training requirements.
- Maintain project financials including budget tracking and reporting.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in ERP implementations or support environments.
- Exposure to IFS ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- PMP, ITIL, or other project management certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Willingness to work on international projects across North America, Australia, Asia, and Europe.
- Flexibility to align working hours according to different time zones when required.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas frequently as needed.
