Role Overview
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the patient experience at Rula, focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. This role sits at the heart of our mission; your work will directly impact thousands of people by helping them access the care they need and stay with it long enough to truly get better.
What You Will Do
Dig into data to understand patient pain points, collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover what drives stronger engagement and better outcomes, and lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients' lives.
