What you'll do
Partner with a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists who are already developing and deploying applications to the highest standards.
Design and develop end-to-end AI architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define AI strategies and roadmaps.
Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Explore emerging technologies/practices with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to with little or no guidance; incorporate these into architectural solution when appropriate.
Present AI strategies, architectures, and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or equivalent experience
8 years of application systems development experience
5 years architectural and design experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline
5 years of technical or team leadership experience
2+ years of experience leading AI projects and teams.
2+ years' Cloud architecture or development experiences in IBM Public and Azure
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
Experience with MLOps practices and tools.
Airline industry experience and multiple domain knowledge, including Commercial and Operations areas.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Background in Enterprise/Solutions Architecture or software engineering
Command of architecture, design patterns and business processes
Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
Expertise in working in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
Strong technical leader able to drive to outcomes and mentor delivery teams
Proficiency in data modeling, preprocessing, and analysis.
