About the Role
This intermediate-level technical position is crucial for analyzing, designing, developing, and documenting network quality and process improvements. As a Senior Network Process & Quality expert, you will play a key role in driving network performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With a focus on remote work, this position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a collaborative and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new processes and define processing or handling requirements to enhance network quality and efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies, analyze data, and recommend process improvements to address network performance shortfalls.
- Design, develop, and document network quality/process improvements, ensuring alignment with AT&T technologies and standards.
- Provide technical support on process and compliance, and offer training on process improvements to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze, track, and publish network performance and process/quality indicators, constructing reports that illustrate network process trends and performance.
- Develop network metrics to measure future improvement opportunities and ensure network process capability, control, and improvement.
- Collaborate on reengineering techniques to enhance network process performance and product quality.
- Write and edit technical network manuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A BS degree in Math, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent related network experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the telecommunications or a related industry.
- Intermediate-level technical knowledge within a discipline and a sound understanding of AT&T technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify root causes of network problems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to write and edit technical manuals.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with network process improvement initiatives and quality management.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,700 - $128,500, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
