Job Description:
• Define and drive the LIMS product vision, roadmap, and business strategy
• Lead specialty laboratory solution initiatives and support LIMS modernization
• Own large, complex initiatives spanning multiple lab systems and integrations
• Work cross-functionally with PMO, business leaders, lab operations, IT development, and Sales
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies
Requirements:
• BS degree
• 6 or more years of experience in a medical laboratory environment
• 5 or more years leading a team or teams on enterprise-level projects or products
• 3 or more years defining, developing, or documenting user specifications, requirements, or operational workflows
• 3 or more years of experience in strategic roadmap development
• 3 or more years of experience influencing senior stakeholders and governing product strategy
