Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Experience Chat Specialist to join our Digital Engagement team. In this role, you will serve as the primary conduit for real‑time, high‑quality chat interactions with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will craft compelling written communications, design visual assets, and coordinate multimedia content that aligns with careerzynith’s brand standards and strategic objectives. This position reports to the Chief of Innovation Communications and works closely with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Product, IT, and Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, edit, and personalize chat scripts, announcements, and response templates for a variety of customer journeys.
- Design and produce visual assets such as infographics, banners, PowerPoint decks, and intranet graphics that enhance the impact of chat communications.
- Record, edit, and publish short‑form video content for internal channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Global Communications team to support employee recognition programs and internal award initiatives.
- Assist senior leadership in preparing briefing documents, executive summaries, and talking points for board meetings, town halls, and round‑table discussions.
- Manage the distribution of email newsletters and targeted communications to internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate logistics, content creation, and visual design for corporate events, leadership summits, and global town‑hall meetings.
- Partner with the broader Partner Communications group to curate, publish, and maintain content on the corporate intranet and other digital platforms.
- Maintain a deep understanding of arenaxflex’s brand voice, visual identity, and compliance requirements, applying them consistently across all chat and multimedia outputs.
- Continuously monitor chat performance metrics, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Visual Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in internal communications, digital content creation, or a similar role within a large, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional written and editing skills with a proven ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong visual communication and typography expertise; proficiency in creating both digital and print assets.
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro).
- Hands‑on experience editing short‑form video and producing webcast content.
- Familiarity with intranet and content management systems (e.g., Unily, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
