Senior Business Analyst

ALU is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office and translate their vision into actionable digital solutions. This strategic role requires strong analytical thinking, user-centered design expertise, Agile knowledge, and quality assurance leadership, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the tech team. The role also involves mentoring junior Business Analysts and leveraging tools like Jira and Salesforce.
