About Our Company and the Role

Our Corporate Controllership team serves as a trusted partner to various business units, providing expert financial guidance and support. As a Senior Analyst, Payments, you'll be an integral part of this team, focusing on the procure-to-pay (P2P) tower and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving (5%):
- Leverage your experience to develop and recommend solutions to complex financial problems.
- Foster trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
- Gather input and feedback from stakeholders to inform business needs and technical requirements.
- Operational Duties (75%):
- Execute tasks related to the delivery of the P2P tower, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Coordinate with other teams to provide or receive information as needed.
- Interpret data from reports and ledgers to inform analysis and recommendations.
- Provide advice and insights to enhance efficiency and improve tasks.
- Support junior analysts and resolve issues related to your job function.
- Execute month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor and work towards meeting KPIs and SLAs defined for the area.
- Project Management and Team Support (15%):
- Collaborate with project teams and business partners to achieve project goals.
- Prioritize assignments and ensure the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Skill Building and Professional Development (5%):
- Stay abreast of key developments and trends in finance, including analytics, intelligent automation, and robotics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for financial shared services processes and tools.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software programs.
- Thorough understanding of accounting and finance principles, statistical methodology, and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with data analytics, data visualization, and innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
