Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, our AI-powered platform helps agencies and enterprises automate document processing and payments at scale. As we grow, we're looking for a driven sales professional to bring our solutions to new clients and deepen the relationships we already have.
Fairfax Software is hiring a closer. You'll own a territory of new and existing accounts and sell our enterprise document, data-capture, and content-management platform into government and commercial organizations that need it and have the budget to buy it. This is a quota-carrying seat with real pipeline, a product with proven win rates against the biggest names in the category, and room to earn at the top of the market.
This is a true hunter role: you generate your own pipeline. We've been profitable since year one and have posted double-digit revenue growth three years running, so the deals are landing — we need a senior seller who can self-source, open doors, and close. The upside is ownership: it's your territory, your pipeline, and uncapped commission on everything you build.
- Own a defined territory of new-logo and existing accounts, carrying a quota and a plan to beat it
- Source, qualify, and close net-new business through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach
- Grow existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sell across the full product line
- Run the full cycle: discovery, executive presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close
- Build and own your own pipeline— self-source through outbound prospecting, your network, and targeted outreach to the leads provided by the marketing team
Requirements
- 7+ years sellingenterprise document, content, or data-capture solutionswith a direct, full-cycle role
- A proven record of exceeding quota — be ready to talk numbers and named wins
- Strong plus:experience with Hyland OnBase and associated workflows, or selling against FileNet, Documentum, or Alfresco
- Confident running executive conversations and writing sharp, persuasive proposals
- Comfort in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where you own your results
- BA/BS preferred;
- Travel 25%-40%
