Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new and repeat business, promoting ICON’s Phase II–III services, and building strong client relationships across your assigned territory.
What You Will Do
Generate new and repeat business opportunities, promote ICON’s Phase II–III services, build and maintain strong client relationships, and work cross-functionally to support proposal development and bid defense processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in solutions sales within a CRO environment
- 10+ years of experience in business development within global studies
- Strong understanding of global clinical research
- Experience working with India-based customers
- Strong relationship management and networking capabilities within the industry
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
