Valentius consultancy services focus on the following areas: - Fractional Human Resources - Project Management - Organizational Development - Staff Leadership Development Trainings - Clinical Chart Audit Reviews, Medical Billing - Case Management Models & Practices Responsibilities: - Drive sales and revenue through effective prospecting and selling of our consultancy services that cater to nonprofit organizations and healthcare companies. - Work to monthly metrics to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare and nonprofit sector. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence. - Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years demonstrable sales success - Bachelors degree preferred - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
