THE ROLE Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’re the person who makes sure our customers can always count on us. When they need product, it’s there, and that reliability is a big part of how we grow. You’ll be the link between our customers, our internal teams, and our logistics partners. The longer you’re here, the better you’ll know our customers, and the more you’ll help build the systems that let us keep growing with confidence. WHAT YOU’LL DO Know our customers and earn their trust • Get to know what makes each customer tick: their rhythm, their pressures, what really matters to them. • Put yourself in their shoes so you can see what’s coming, often before they ask. • Be the person customers call first. • Build the kind of relationships that keep customers coming back. Make sure every order gets where it needs to go • Keep orders moving smoothly between production, our logistics partners, and customers, so every delivery is accurate and on time. • Handle the shipping paperwork (bills of lading, confirmations, and the rest). • Be the point person for our logistics partners, and sort out issues when they come up. • Be the one people come to with any order question. Keep customers, teams, and partners in sync • Stay on top of shipments and keep everyone in the loop, before they have to ask. • Keep the conversation flowing between production, sales, and customers. • Make sure the right info gets to the right people at the right time. Turn information into clear decisions • Watch the ordering trends so you can plan ahead. • Keep an eye on inventory so we’ve got product ready when it’s needed. • Keep customer records clean and grow the CRM as we scale. • Put together regular reports that give the team a clear read on where things stand. YOU’LL KNOW IT WAS A GREAT DAY WHEN… • A customer calls with a last-minute order, and you already saw it coming. • A customer tells you “I know I can count on you,” and they’re right. • A logistics hiccup popped up… and you’d fixed it before the customer ever noticed. • You caught a trend in the orders and adjusted the plan before it turned into a problem. • The CRM is a little stronger than it was yesterday, because you left your mark on it. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU • Salary: USD $70,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience. • Remote work with a flexible 40-hour schedule. • You get to build what works.
