Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads, cold calling them.
Support creation of marketing content for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials
Manage and update CRM/customer databases
Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements

Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Management, or related field in Germany
Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
Basic understanding of market research and analytics
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
