๐ผ About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic Sales Development Representative with 1+ years of outbound sales or SDR experience and a proven track record in cold calling and email prospecting. You'll be one of the first points of contact with prospective customers and will play a direct role in generating qualified pipeline for our clients, booking meetings, and working hand-in-hand with our Sales Execs to close deals.
What Youโll Be Doing:
๐ Conduct high-volume outbound calling (400+ calls per week) while maintaining high-quality conversations.
๐ง Send outreach emails and follow-ups

Schedule qualified meetings with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
๐ฌ Respond to inbound leads and qualify interest
๐ค Act as a helpful resource and product expert
๐ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on strategy
๐ฏ Hit and exceed performance goals
What Youโll Need:
โ๏ธ Native or near-native English proficiency
โ๏ธ Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar tools.
โ๏ธ Proven success booking meetings through outbound outreach
โ๏ธStrong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
โ๏ธ Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers
๐ Bachelorโs degree is a plus, but not required
๐ก Experience in healthcare or EdTech is a bonus

- Full-Time Contractor position
- 100% Remote (Open to candidates based in Mexico & LATAM)
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM โ 5:00 PM CT (1-hour lunch break)
- Fast-paced outbound sales environment focused on appointment setting and pipeline generation
