They are seeking a VP of Sales to originate new business and close high-value consulting engagements focused on product design and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Own a new business quota (multi-million annual target) focused on mid-sized and enterprise clients
- Generate net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive relationships, and market insight
- Open doors at the C-suite and VP level with people responsible for revenue and customer success (CMO, Chief Digital Officer, Head of Product, etc.)
- Lead consultative sales cycles —identify problems, shape opportunities, and co-create solutions
- Sell experience-led transformation work, including:
- Product and experience design
- Conversion optimization and growth initiatives
- Customer journey transformation
- Partner with internal experts (strategy, design, engineering) to develop and close deals
- Land initial engagements and expand into larger programs
Skills
- Proven enterprise hunter: track record of originating and closing net-new business
- Quota-carrying role with consistent attainment (typically $3M–$10M+)
- Experience selling consulting/services (not just SaaS or products) to Chief Marketing Officers, Head of Product, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Information Officers
- Closed $500K–$2M+ deals with enterprise clients
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from zero
- Digital agency or consultancy background
