Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. i-Pharm Consulting is partnering with a high growth clinical research site organization in their search for a Therapeutic Area Operations leader for their Endocrinology/Cardiometabolic division. This role will be a key strategic partner to the COO, responsible for aligning commercial growth with operational execution across the site network for the therapeutic area.
Responsibilities
- Enrollment, Execution and Growth
- Site performance, optimization and quality
- Strategic operations/capacity planning
- Operational Leadership - to lead and develop Regional Directors, Site Managers and operational leaders
- Cross-Functional Alignment - be a key liaison between Operations, Sales, Patient Recruitment and Executive Leadership
Skills
- Extensive experience in clinical research operations, preferably within a site network environment
- Proven experience managing multi-site clinical operations at scale
- Must have a wealth of experience in Cardiometabolic/Endocrine specific study enrollment dynamics, site workflows and patient recruitment strategies
- Demonstrated ability to translate sales pipeline into operational execution
- Hands-on leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and delivery focussed levels
