Confidential is looking for a Principal-Level UiPath Solution Architect with extensive experience in healthcare providers to lead intelligent automation initiatives. The role involves designing secure, scalable automation solutions and serving as the technical authority for the Automation CoE, while collaborating with various stakeholders to build automation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise-scale UiPath automation architecture across healthcare environments
- Architect integrations between UiPath, Epic EHR, payer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications
- Define automation standards, reusable frameworks, CI/CD practices, and governance models for the Automation CoE
- Lead solution design reviews, architecture approvals, and technical decision-making for complex automation initiatives
- Design HIPAA-compliant solutions with strong security, audit logging, credential management, and PHI protection
- Drive intelligent automation initiatives leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Process Mining, and GenAI capabilities
- Collaborate with business, IT, Epic, security, and executive stakeholders to build automation roadmaps and strategy
- Mentor senior developers and serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for architecture and integration challenges
