The Supply Chain Analyst will support and expand the North America Specialty Ingredients Business by developing strategic plans and collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work with Supply Chain Coordinators and Planning Managers on inventory accuracy for production planning and reporting
- Lead the supply chain efforts on inventory disposition for out of spec and slow moving inventory for SI products
- Manage off-spec inventory files for SI products
- Analyze Demand Forecast, working with sales on accuracy
- Train on production scheduling, may need to serve as a back-up if needed
- Oversee Mid-Long Term Planning for assigned product lines
- Manage Raw Material Position, Contracts and Reconciliation
- Oversee Warehouse Utilization for all SI warehouses
- Special projects as they are assigned
Skills
- BA/BS in business, supply chain, information technology, accounting or related field is required with a minimum of 3 years related work experience
- A proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization
- Maturity, professional demeanor and personal discretion to interact with business leaders
- Independent decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to develop solutions in a logical and systematic way
- Excellent communication skills emphasizing listening, writing, and speaking succinctly, clearly and effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and follow-up
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and flexibility to adjust
- Extremely Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in excel
- Power BI is beneficial
