The Strategic Account Executive will work on complex accounts to identify new opportunities for market expansion and drive business growth while increasing revenue with existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- You will establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to your assigned enterprise accounts
- You will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets to support 40% YOY growth with a dedication to the number and to deadlines
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings
- Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with Enterprise accounts in your Region
- Explore the full spectrum of relationships and business possibilities across the client’s entire information technology org chart, with a core focus on security sectors
- Become known as a thought-leader Offensive Security's products and LMS platform
- Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across more diverse business stake-holders
- Holistically embrace, access, and utilize the channel/alliances to identify and open new, uncharted opportunities
- Work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources
- Provide timely and insightful input back to other internal departments
- Position Offensive Security as a partner that helps strengthen the client's overall security posture with target stakeholders
- Champion Offensive Security to prospective clients at sales presentations, events and product demonstrations
- Maintain an accurate monthly sales forecast
- Bring your strategies, learnings, and ideas to advance Offensive Security's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
Skills
- 7+ years direct enterprise sales experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions to Fortune 100 - 1000 clientele
- Previous experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota
- A measurable track record in new business development and over achieving sales targets
- Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase
- Proven track record of successfully closing six figure B2B SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions to prospects and customers in the Fortune 100 - 1000 space
- Experience in the 'C' suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is required
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDIC, Challenger, or Win by Design methodologies is a plus
- MBA a plus or equivalent experience
