Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NAVA Software Solutions is seeking a Senior QA / Test Engineer specializing in Mainframe migration. The role involves testing the migration of Mainframe jobs to Java and Linux applications, building reports, and requires strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Must have experience in testing of migration of Mainframe Jobs to Java and Linux based applications
- Building reports based on comparison during the migration process testing
- Good understanding of mainframe (TSO), COBOL, Java, JCL and Bash Scripts on Linux
- Experience working with DB
- At least 10 years of QA/QE experience with at least 5+ years of relevant experience as stated above
- Good Knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
