They are seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and build high-performing teams across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes
- Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach
- Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics—driving improvements through insights
- Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy
- Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
