Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Turn2Partners is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst–level consultant to support a private equity–backed organization during a transitional period in its finance and accounting operations. This hands-on role focuses on execution, data cleanup, and maintaining financial reporting while supporting ad hoc finance and accounting needs.
Responsibilities
• Perform hands-on Excel file maintenance , data organization, and data scrubbing
• Work with large datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Support ad hoc finance and accounting projects as they arise
• Serve as a shared interim resource between Accounting and FP&A
• Assist with process automation efforts already in progress
• Maintain and clean up existing financial reports, models, and supporting schedules
• Provide reliable execution support without requiring strategic direction
Skills
• 4–5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Senior Analyst–level background (not Manager or Director)
• Strong blend of accounting and FP&A knowledge
• Highly proficient in Excel (absolute requirement)
• Comfortable working independently with little to no hand-holding
• Experience working in messy or imperfect data environments
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Practical, execution-oriented mindset
• Experience working with Microsoft Business Central
• Exposure to private equity–backed or fast-changing environments
• Experience supporting both accounting and FP&A teams simultaneously
