Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. W3Global is seeking an experienced Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join their growing, mission-driven practice. This fully remote role offers meaningful client work with a focus on estate planning, probate, and special needs planning, allowing attorneys to practice law without administrative burdens.
Responsibilities
• Manage limited conservatorship matters, including drafting, filing, and court representation
• Handle probate cases from petition through administration and hearings
• Lead estate planning consultations and develop tailored strategies for families
• Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Appear in virtual court for probate and conservatorship matters
• Collaborate with a remote legal team to ensure smooth workflows and excellent client service
• Receive training and mentorship in special needs planning, including Special Needs Trusts
Skills
• Active California Bar license (required)
• Experience with probate and/or limited conservatorships
• Comfortable and confident appearing in virtual court
• Strong drafting, communication, and research skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a remote team
• Compassionate, client-centered mindset with strong professionalism
• Interest in growing your skills in special needs and disability planning
