[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Workiy Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support the Symbio Program, a province-wide healthcare transformation initiative. The successful candidate will lead data analysis, data migration planning, data quality initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient migration of healthcare data from legacy applications into the new platform.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Minimum 10 years of experience working within healthcare information systems
• Minimum 7 years of experience gathering data requirements, performing data profiling, and developing ETL specifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering healthcare data migration projects involving large Clinical Information Systems (CIS) within Canadian hospital environments
• Demonstrated experience working with Clinical Information Systems (CIS)
• Fluent in both English and French, including the ability to facilitate meetings in both languages
