R2 Global is one of North America's fastest-growing Microsoft consulting organizations, seeking a Senior D365 CRM Consultant specializing in Field Service. The role involves designing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and supporting enterprise-level projects across different industries.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Customize forms, workflows, dashboards, business processes, views, and reports
- Develop custom plugins, integrations, and extensions using C# and JavaScript
- Build and support integrations using CRM SDK, REST APIs, OData, and Azure technologies
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in system upgrades, deployments, testing, and post-go-live support
- Provide technical expertise across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
- Perform system administration and troubleshoot technical issues as required
- Support workshops, requirements gathering, and technical solution design
- Travel to client sites across the U.S. (up to 50%, depending on project requirements)
Skills
- Consulting background
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- 5 years of hands-on D365 CRM development experience
- Strong C# and JavaScript development skills
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customization
- Experience developing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations
- Knowledge of CRM SDK, REST APIs, OData, and Azure services
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
