Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls from users experiencing issues with a Salesforce-based platform
- Walk users through basic troubleshooting steps to resolve common technical issues
- Provide a high-quality, professional support experience on every call
- Escalate more complex technical issues as needed
Skills
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience providing customer/client service and support in a professional environment
- Strong understanding of how to operate and troubleshoot everyday technology
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous technical support experience
- Salesforce experience
- Any technology-related education, training, or certifications
