The Senior Consultant, Talent Partnerships plays a critical role in managing relationships with external talent partners to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates and improve hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent partner relationships as the primary point of contact, driving alignment on hiring needs and performance
- Review partner-submitted candidates, present qualified talent to hiring teams, and maintain a strong pipeline for priority roles
- Design streamlined processes and workflows to track partner-sourced candidates and improve visibility across the hiring pipeline
- Track performance metrics, share insights with stakeholders, and recommend improvements to strengthen partner and sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with recruiting teams on hiring priorities while supporting partnership events, candidate readiness efforts, and broader TA initiatives
Skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with external organizations and internal stakeholders
- Strong ability to evaluate candidate readiness and clearly articulate their value to recruiters and hiring managers
- Experience creating structured workflows, trackers, or systems to manage pipelines efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces
- Comfort working with recruiting metrics and using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Clear, concise communicator with the ability to influence without authority across partners and internal teams
- Self-starter who can take ownership of processes, drive follow-through, and operate with a high level of accountability
- Ability to flex across priorities, including supporting events and early career initiatives as business needs evolve
- 3 or more years of experience
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Beamery)
