Instant Impact is partnering with an innovative global organization to identify a Senior Business Transformation Consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges through consulting, process optimization, technology enablement, and client partnership. This highly visible, client-facing role involves helping enterprise clients redesign their operations, improve processes, and implement technology solutions for operational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to understand current-state business processes and operational challenges
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement
- Design future-state operating models and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical development teams
- Partner with software developers and implementation teams throughout solution delivery
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Build executive-level presentations and communicate recommendations to client leadership
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and business cases to support strategic decision-making
- Manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, Implementation Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar consulting environment
- Experience leading client-facing consulting engagements
- Demonstrated success improving business processes or operating models
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working alongside software development or technology implementation teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
