- Translate ambiguous questions from stakeholders into structured analytical plans, clear findings, and actionable recommendations that inform real decisions
- Build deep expertise in Philo's billing and subscription ecosystem, including trials, conversion, renewals, churn, reactivation, plan migration, add-on attach, refunds, credits, failed payments, involuntary churn, and direct vs. partner billing flows
- Identify the operational and product levers that improve subscriber health, reduce friction, and strengthen revenue retention across the lifecycle
- Partner with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing on acquisition quality, funnel performance, cohort health, promotional effectiveness, winback programs, and LTV/CAC context

- Build executive-ready materials that connect numbers to narrative, synthesize tradeoffs, and help technical and non-technical stakeholders make decisions with confidence
- Improve the quality and trustworthiness of business data by partnering with analytics engineering and data engineering on instrumentation, metric governance, source-of-truth logic, and data quality issues
- Help raise the analytical bar across the organization through clear documentation, thoughtful prioritization, and a pragmatic balance of speed and rigor
