Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive growth across eCommerce, Acquisition, and Retention
- Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and other data visualizations to inform key business decisions
- Leverage reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive opportunities
- Conduct error analysis of digital products and identify areas for improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT, to deliver timely and accurate insights
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through weekly data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and auditing
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering value through data-driven decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Google Analytics Certification is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the travel industry
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu
- Knowledge of coding and design best practices
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops
