Responsibilities
- Conducting initial outreach and pre-qualification
- Evaluating resumes and candidate qualifications
- Leading structured video interviews
- Reviewing proctored skills assessments
- Performing quality assurance reviews and managing offers
- Providing a positive and professional candidate experience
- Reviewing and screening large volumes of resumes with speed and accuracy
- Conducting structured video interviews with applicants
- Collaborating with the hiring team to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions
- Maintaining detailed and organized records of candidate interactions
- Escalating time-sensitive hiring needs to the appropriate team members to maintain service-level expectations
- Contributing to a positive team culture by sharing insights, collaborating, and supporting teammates
- Adapting quickly to shifting priorities during peak hiring periods to meet volume and quality targets
Skills
- Experience screening resumes and interviewing applicants—or similar relevant experience
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- A stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone
- Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States
- Comfortable on video and have a quiet, professional workspace
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools
- Detail-oriented and don't mind repetitive tasks
- Calm under pressure and able to manage stress effectively
