Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A+E Global Media is a dynamic company focused on monetizing content through innovative advertising solutions. They are seeking self-starting individuals to join their National Sales Team as Sales Service Representatives, where the primary responsibility will be to support the Media Solutions organization in maximizing advertising revenue across all A+E Global Media brands.
Responsibilities
- Manage all negotiated deals in system communicating flowcharts and schedule changes to agency contacts
- Work with Commercial Operations to ensure all allocations and traffic material is delivered in a timely manner
- Negotiate upgrades and program schedule changes with agency contacts to ensure deal integrity
- Help team deliver on key revenue drivers through targeted flighting, inclusive of calculating key metrics for client objectives. (i.e. percentages)
- Collect added value material from agency to execute linear, digital, and social sponsorships: Billboard copy, logos, tags
Skills
- A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized team player who successfully operates in a team-oriented setting
- Strong communication, problem solving and follow-through
- Must have the ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information as well as the ability to work independently, efficiently and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast pace environment
- Detail oriented
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
