You will be working with warm leads who have already reached out to us for support, sales growth, leadership development, coaching, or business transformation. Each sales rep receives access to approximately 400 fresh new leads per month, plus a database of over 10,000 existing leads to contact and follow up with.
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. You will earn 25% commission on closed sales and 15% residual income on every recurring payment, which means your income has the ability to grow month after month as you build your book of business.
Our sales reps have the potential to earn strong income quickly. Reps in this role can earn around $4,000 in month one, $7,000 in month two, and $10,000+ by month three, with continued growth through residual income. Top-performing sales reps have the potential to earn $150,000+ in their first year.

What You Will Be Doing
• Contacting warm leads who have already shown interest in coaching, sales growth, leadership development, or business support
• Following up with new leads and existing leads in our database
• Booking and conducting sales conversations
• Building relationships with prospects
• Helping business owners, sales professionals, and leaders find the right coaching solution
• Closing new clients into United Leadership Group programs, tools, coaching, and training offers
• Managing your pipeline and follow-up process
• Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Representing United Leadership Group with integrity, professionalism, and service
