• Engage with participants before and after webinars or masterclasses to guide them on the next steps
• Build instant rapport, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning programs
• Clearly explain program benefits, handle queries, and assist with smooth enrollments
• Keep track of leads and communication in the CRM
• Monitor your daily performance calls, conversations, and conversions and celebrate your wins!

• Willing to work in US night shifts (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST)

• Quick to learn, hungry to grow, and ready to take initiative
• (Bonus) Basic awareness of marketing or sales concepts is a plus — but not mandatory!
