They are seeking a Risk Analyst focused on Vendor Management to execute vendor onboarding, coordinate with vendors, and support vendor assessments.
Responsibilities
- Execute vendor onboarding and maintenance activities using predefined processes
- Work with internal business teams to gather vendor information
- Coordinate directly with vendors to collect required documentation
- Support vendor assessments including questionnaires, SOC reports, and penetration test artifacts
- Track progress and follow up on outstanding vendor requirements
- Assist with contract extensions by managing submission and processing workflows
- Validate and process vendor invoices on a recurring basis
Skills
- Experience in vendor management, third party risk, or operational risk roles
- Basic understanding of SOC reports and penetration testing concepts
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized with process driven mindset
