The Regional Sales Manager for the Mid-South region will be responsible for growing sales, building relationships with customers and distributors, and identifying new market opportunities while providing product training and support.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales in the Mid-South market
- Build strong relationships with customers & distributors
- Identify new markets and opportunities for growth
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and events (40–50%)
Skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing sales with accountability for growth and execution
- Experience selling into B2B technology, electronics, components, fasteners, or related technical industries
- Experience managing or supporting OEM customers and/or channel partners
- Experience using CRM tools, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets
- Valid Drivers License
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Direct experience selling electronics connectivity solutions, interconnects, or component technologies
- Experience with regional or multi-state customer base
- Experience working within a channel or indirect sales model
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of a region, and deliver sustained business impact
