This position is full time Base Pay + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses. Remote Recruiter Responsibilities: • Conduct a high volume of phone calls responding to applicants, screen, interview and recommend them to our hiring managers to be considered for the opportunity • Provide the opportunity for applicants to gain their independence and land their dream job! • Working applicant pipeline in ATS to place 4-5 candidates weekly • This is a fast paced, high activity recruiting cycle with a solid base pay and potential for uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance Must Haves As A Remote Recruiter: • High school diploma • 1+ years in a Sourcing, High Volume Recruiting or Sales Position • Experience in an outbound call center is a plus • Incredibly confident and strong on the phones, must be persuasive and engaging to capture someone's attention in 15 seconds (alpha personalities!) • Cannot be meek, shy, quiet or timid at all! • Must be coachable with dependable with a strong work ethic!
