The Quality and Vendor Analyst is responsible for monitoring vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and providing insights to leadership to support data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Supports development of quality assurance scorecards for billing, coding, collections, and other revenue cycle activities
- Performs monthly audits and creates quality assessments for enterprise management
- Conducts compliance audits to verify billing accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Coordinates with revenue cycle stakeholders and training teams to update quality standards and SOPs
- Validates billing software and workflows to ensure they meet quality requirements
- Performs quality reviews of vendor staff and enforces performance standards consistent with internal employees
- Compiles and distributes vendor performance reports, including scorecards and aging reports
- Manages vendor work queues and reporting to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- All experience must be paid and in the same related field
- Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week
- Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted
