Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a QA Engineer Conversational AI (Sierra) on behalf of our client in Remote. This role is ideal for a quality assurance professional with experience testing AI-powered conversational applications, responsible for validating chatbot interactions and ensuring high-quality conversational experiences through comprehensive testing.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing of Conversational AI applications
- Validate chatbot conversations, NLP responses, intents, entities, and conversational workflows
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution
- Conduct API testing to validate backend integrations and conversational services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to ensure product quality
- Verify functionality, usability, and performance of conversational AI solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices
Skills
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer testing Conversational AI or chatbot applications
- Hands-on experience with the Sierra platform
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience validating chatbot conversations, NLP responses, and conversational flows
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with AI/LLM-powered conversational applications
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based applications
- Experience with conversational analytics and chatbot performance testing
