Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eide Bailly LLP is a corporate IT firm seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master. The role involves leading Agile delivery, partnering with stakeholders, and managing project documentation and progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leading Agile delivery across one or more teams (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
- Partnering with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and acceptance criteria
- Building and maintaining delivery plans, including infrastructure, security, or networking initiatives
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors or managed service providers on timelines and dependencies
- Tracking progress using Agile and project metrics (e.g., sprint goals, velocity, delivery health)
- Identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and impediments — including those across systems and third parties
- Communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to the PMO and stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment with governance, regulatory, and security requirements
- Maintaining clear project documentation and promoting built in quality
- Adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining transparency and accountability
- Supporting a collaborative, high performing team environment and continuous improvement
Skills
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery
- You have 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience
- You have experience supporting infrastructure, security, or networking initiatives
- You have experience working with vendors and/or managed service providers
- You have strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery practices
- You are skilled in managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
- You are comfortable balancing Agile delivery with PMO and governance expectations
- You are proficient with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with technical teams and external partners
- You can translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans
- You are organized, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
- You have a PMP, CPM, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification preferred
