The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management for client implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Scope project requirements
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Implement features and functions for the projects using PSI applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Develop, Maintain, and Monitor Stakeholder Management plans with internal and external teams
- Highlight and manage potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and determine priorities
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a project manager in enterprise environments
- Proven experience managing enterprise-grade, rearchitected projects
- Extensive experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with onboarding, migrating, or implementing SaaS Platforms
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Agile or Prince2 experience
- Proficiency in using web-based project management platforms like Azure DevOps, Jira, or MS Project
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience in the testing industry or assessment delivery platforms is a plus
