They are seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of daily operations by collaborating with various teams and managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and database management
- Subcontractor invoicing
- Coordinate materials and equipment tracking
- Track and verify field production across multiple projects and markets
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Skills
- Strong accounting and technical/business knowledge
- Verifiable experience in project management, operations, or business management
- Experience in data management and strong data entry skills
- Knowledge of finance, billing, invoicing, and P&L
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Process and documentation orientation, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with GIS mapping software a plus
- Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Zoho, and project management tools a plus
- Understanding of basic utility construction processes and terminology a plus
