The Program Manager for Content Management Systems will manage the Document Management System, ensuring its effective implementation and adoption across the company while overseeing various safety management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain basic configuration of AODocs platform in partnership with IT Business Systems Engineering team (data type, template, view changes, and specification and testing of enhancements
- Create and maintain G-Suite-based templates for different organizational needs in partnership with a diverse user community base
- Coordinate user community and stakeholder engagement to increase platform adoption and content migration, as well as identify potential platform enhancements
Skills
- B.A. or B.S. in any discipline
- 8+ years of large-scale project management experience, preferably as the Project Manager
- 8+ years experience in a highly regulated industry such as aviation, transportation, energy, automotive manufacturing, or medical device/pharmaceuticals
- 5 to 8 years of CMS administration experience
- Product cost and life cycle management (PCLM) experience
